StrataPress · Publishing infrastructure for ASEAN  Beta

Your knowledge exists.
The world just can't find it yet.

A publishing platform for journals, research publications, and industry knowledge — built for educators, trade bodies, and institutions that have never had somewhere serious to put what they know.

Who it's for

Two very different problems.
One platform.

The school whose student research disappears at the end of term. The industry body whose practitioners' expertise exists only in their heads. Both deserve a permanent, citable, findable home for what they know.

Education

  • Secondary school research journals
  • University department publications
  • Residential college collectives
  • Ministry-level aggregated portals
  • Student-authored, faculty-reviewed

Industry & trade

  • Peer-reviewed technical journals
  • Practitioner perspectives
  • Industry intelligence and news
  • Trade body publications
  • Professional association journals

The platform

Everything a journal needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Bring your domain. We handle everything underneath — the reading experience, submission pipeline, peer review, DOI registration, subscriptions, and institutional access.

Public journal

Beautiful reading experience on your own domain. Paywalled at article level — free abstracts, paid full text.

Submission portal

Authors submit at submit.[yourdomain]. Manuscript, metadata, and status tracking in one place.

Peer review

Private reviewer environment at review.[yourdomain]. Institutional email login — no passwords to manage.

Editorial dashboard

Every submission, its status, assigned reviewers, and publication queue in one place.

DOI & ISSN

Every accepted paper gets a DOI. ISSN support included. Your work becomes permanently citable.

Institutional access

Domain-based access for organisations. One subscription covers everyone with the right email.

Content

A subscription people open every day.

A journal that publishes four papers a year isn't enough to justify a subscription. StrataPress supports all four content types — so readers have a reason to return daily, not just quarterly.

Technical papers Quarterly · peer-reviewed · DOI-registered
Practitioner perspectives Monthly · named authors · analysis
Industry intelligence Weekly · partnerships · milestones
News Daily · curated · contextualised

Pricing

The lowest platform rate
in publishing.

We charge less because we believe the value of knowledge belongs to the people who created it. No hidden fees. No per-submission charges. No surprises.

The lowest platform rate in publishing.

Most publishing platforms charge per submission, per article, or take a significant share of your revenue. StrataPress charges a flat annual fee and a small platform share — nothing else. The more your journal grows, the better value it becomes.

Why we exist

"Knowledge that isn't published doesn't exist. Every school paper that disappears at the end of term, every engineer's expertise that retires with them, every practitioner's insight that never left the room — that is knowledge the world needed and never got."

StrataPress is powered by Pulai — named after the Scholar Tree, Alstonia scholaris, the tree that monks and scholars carved manuscripts into. We are building what comes next: infrastructure that captures knowledge, makes it permanent, and returns its value to the people who created it.
